MD-91
MD-91 Due to a special mechanism that Mect has developed, The MD-91 can dispense an extremely small amount of fluid intermittently or continuously. It can handle a variety or liquids, such as instant adhesives (= Cyanoacrylates), magnetic fluid, UV bonds, anaerobic bonds, fluxes, solvents, oils, inks and paints. It is the ultimate dispenser.

Mect's microdispensers are widely used in manufacturing and research.

·
With a built-in digital timer (MD-91), the dispenser can supply
extremely small amounts of liquid with high precision.
·
A liquid trickling prevention function, instant vacuuming function, and
interval-vacuuming function (patented) are built in.
·
A single dispenser can supply liquid at two points.
·
Additional pumps can be installed. When two pumps are added, dispensing
is available at six points.
·
Pump heads are removable (MD-91) from the controller.

FEATURES:
·
The rotor and housing can be installed and removed easily,
so that the MD-91 can be repaired and maintained on site.
·
Our vacuum mechanism releases dispensing pressure at
the moment when the dispensed amount reaches
a specified level, or in a specified period of time thereafter.
Because the dispensed liquid cannot return, the dispenser
can supply a constant amount of liquid. This also has the
advantage of preventing the hardening that usually, results
when using cyano-based adhesives.
·
A special mechanism extends the tube's service life.
·
Tubes can however be replaced easily.
·
The control has a mechanical contact and an operation
completion signal generator, and can be connected to an automated system or robot.
·
The required power source is
AC 100 V (110, 115, 220, 230, or 240 V). No air source is required.
